At LEAF, we don’t just want to be a certifying body. We want to inspire and empower the foodservice industry to make change with a new shift to increase our educational efforts. In addition to recognizing establishments who already demonstrate sustainability practices, we want to help establishments get there too. Whether you’re an establishment who is completely new to sustainability but wants to learn how to start, or an establishment who is just shy of reaching our Certification requirements, we are here to support your sustainability journey.
